Emily Grosvenor is writing about discovering Salem on her site Desperately Seeking Salem which is also featured in Salem Monthly. From the link on her site, 31 readers came into salemites.com so far. The reason a link on another site is so effective is that it puts your site on the radar screen of new readers. If you have something unique and interesting to say, readers will come back for more.
