Salem Police Dept.: All southbound lanes of traffic on Commercial St NE in Salem are now open to traffic. The northbound lanes of Commercial St will remain closed between Division St and Market St while the semi truck involved in the crash is removed and the street cleaned.
Commercial St NE in Salem will be closed to traffic in both directions between Division St NE and Market St NE. This closure is necessary in order to right a semi truck that tipped, spilling a load of chickens onto the roadway. UPDATE
