SALEM POLICE INVESTIGATING MISSING PERSON

Roxanna Long has been located safe. She was found in the 2200 block of Brooklake Rd NE by Marion County deputies at approximately 4:30 pm on February 17.
Salem Police Officers, assisted by Marion County Deputies, Keizer Police Officers and Oregon State Police Troopers had been checking in the area earlier in the day based on information received through the investigation. Long was not located at that time, but as deputies continued to check the area they located her at a residence later in the day.
Long had fabricated the phone call to relatives on the evening of February 16 and was staying with an acquaintance in the area.
Long was taken into custody and is being charged with Initiating A False Report and Disorderly Conduct in the First Degree based on this incident. She also had an outstanding warrant out of Yreka, California on charges of Hit and Run.
The Salem Police Department is seeking assistance in locating a 28-year old Salem woman who may be being held against her will at an unknown location.
Roxanna Marie Long was last seen in downtown Salem on the afternoon of February 15. She was last heard from at approximately 8:00 pm on February 16 when she called relatives and told them she was being held in a building, then the phone line was disconnected.
Roxanna is a white female adult, approximately 5'07", 200 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what she is wearing at this time, and she is not associated with any vehicles.
