Salem Public Library is now hosting a new monthly Family Friday Film Fest, with free quality films being shared on the big screen in Loucks Auditorium. This fall, the Film Fest theme is "Going to the Dogs."
The next featured selection is the 1993 adventure "Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey" (rated G) at 4 p.m. Friday, November 12 in Loucks Auditorium at Salem Public Library, 585 Liberty St. SE.
This is a remarkable adventure story of three domesticated pets – two dogs and a cat – who embark on an extraordinary journey through untamed wilderness to find their way home in this outstanding family adventure.
Seating is first-come, first-seated and doors open about 15 minutes before the show.
More information is available from the Youth Services Reference Desk at 503-588-6088 or online at www.salemlibrary.org.
