Hotter than...
Do you know of any secrets spots in town to stay cool? Besides jumping into the fountains, inside the capitol is a place that's always cool. There is a tunnel underneath the street that connects the building to the parking garage that is always about 65 degrees. If you can figure out where it is, it's one of the most pleasant places around. An added bonus, the walls are covered in artwork, produced by inmates from the state prison system.

The good news is that I've been able to keep our house 13 degrees cooler than our shaded backyard. The bad news? It's 81 in the house.
