SALEM POLICE CONDUCTING DEATH INVESTIGATION

The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy on 32-year old Andrew Entizne on April 7. The results indicate the victim died as a result of a gunshot wound. No further information is being released at this time.
The case is now being investigated as a homicide. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the Salem Police Department at 503-588-6123, attention Detective Vasas.

The deceased victim in this incident has been identified as 31-year old McMinnville resident Andrew Entizne and his next of kin has been notified.
Anyone with information about this case or of Entizne's activities on the evening of April 5 is asked to contact the Salem Police Department at 503-588-6123, attention Detective Vasas.

Salem Police Detectives are continuing the death investigation from early in the morning on April 6.
An autopsy has been scheduled for the victim in the case, but his identity is not yet being released pending next of kin notification.
The victim was located in a silver sedan at about 3:00 am near the intersection of Fairway Dr SE and Reese Hill Rd SE following multiple reports of shots fired in the area. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the Salem Police Department at 503-588-6123, attention Detective Vasas.

Salem Police Detectives are currently conducting a death investigation in South Salem.
The incident began at about 3:00 am when officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired in the area of Fairway and Reese Hill Rd SE. When officers arrived in the area they located a vehicle in a ditch with a deceased male inside of the vehicle.
The investigation is in the early stages and no further information is available at this time
