Beer and Blog Coming to Salem
Their slogan is "Bloggers helping bloggers over beer." That sounds like fun, right. What it is, is a group of local bloggers geting together and sharing information about how to improve blogging techniques and having a few beers in the process. Beer and Blog began in Portland and has since started chapters in other Oregon cities and beyond.(Corvallis, Eugene, Las Vegas, Seattle, Phoenix, etc.) Ross over at the videomash site has taken the lead in putting together the Salem chapter. Here's some info he sent to me about the first meetup.

I think this is a great idea! I always seem to need to figure out how to do something on my blog and having people to brainstorm with would be cool.
