I discovered this widget after listening to a story on NPR about the 2010 Census. I understand there are competitions going on between states. I wonder how that strategy will work? Whatever the reason, the widget appeals to the little geek inside of me. You can add it to your own website. Just copy and paste the code (delete added space after/before arrow at front and end) under this widget into a new html gadget (blogger term).
Or go here.
<iframe allowtransparency="yes" frameborder="0" height="170" id="census2010RateWidget" name="census2010RateWidget" scrolling="no" src="http://2010.census.gov/2010census/take10map/2010partcipationrateswidget.php?loc=41047" style="background-color: transparent; border: 0pt none; margin: 0pt;" width="200"></iframe>
Widgets are fun aren't they.
