With a Heavy Heart

Yesterday I was informed of Jill Bennett's, author of Salem Oregon Daily Photo, passing on July 8th. It was quite a shock. She also penned the blog, Our Fervent Prayers, that chronicled her husband's struggle with cancer. Dean passed away just last month. My thoughts and prayers are with the Bennett Family during this difficult time.

    Jill's eye for photography will be missed around here. She had a great way of finding interesting things in ordinary scenes.

    Wow. She passed away almost a month to the day after her husband. Does anyone know the cause? So sad!
